EULA - End User License Agreement

End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This document is considered as a legal agreement between you (the end-user) and Arabic Information Systems "INFO-ARAB". By using this program, you agree on all the agreement's items.
End-User License Agreement (EULA)… the usage of this program is limited to owners of Personal Computers.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)… This program belongs to Arabic Information Systems "INFO-ARAB" and is protected by the Egyptian law of Intellectual Property Rights and the international laws, and international agreements specialized in this, therefore, you have to deal with this program and other material related to this product with respect to the IPR laws and regulations. You cannot rent, or license this program to someone else, you cannot copy this program or any of its documents to any other party, and you cannot disassemble any part of this product.
Warrantee… This product warranty only covers the original end-user of this copy of the program. Arabic Information Systems "INFO ARAB" guarantees that this program will work exactly according to what is found in the user's guide, conditioned that you finish your registration and activation according to the directions presented in this guide in a duration not more than 30 days from the date you install this program. If you do not register for any reason, you will lead to the termination of the program and Info Arab cannot provide you with any service, fixes or upgrades, and you will have to bear the consequences of this. Once registered and activated, this warrantee is extended to 90 days from the day you install this program and the company will not be committed to any guarantees after the guarantee has expired.
Bug fixing… fixing any problem that occurs after you get the program during the guarantee will completely depend on the choices that INFO ARAB sees either by fixing or changing the copy of the program or any other choice that it may consider. We also urge you that this limited guarantee will be considered outmoded if the problem that affects your program is caused by misusage. If the copy of the program is changed, the company will guarantee the new copy till the end of the original guarantee or for 30 days which of them is more. Apart from the limited guarantees related to industry defects, Arabic Information Systems "INFO ARAB" is committed by any other guarantees either direct or indirect related to the program or the material contents or printings. Neither does INFO ARAB, nor its agents, nor its distributors consider by any means any harm that affects the usage of the program or the inability to use the program in a certain action. In any case, INFO ARAB's responsibility lies in compensating the Licensee from any damage or loss by an amount not more than the amount paid for the license which is considered the maximum compensation that the Licensee could get from INFO ARAB or its agents or its distributors.
